Belgium, Luxumburg, France, Germany, Austria & Denmark:

Standard shipping by DPD/PostNL with Track & Trace €10,95
Delivery: 2-5 business days*
FREE SHIPPING for orders above €200,-

 

International Shipping:

International shipping with Track & Trace code €23,-
Delivery: 10 business days*

 

*Orders received before 15:00 hours (Amsterdam time) the courrier service will pick up the order the same day.
Due to different working shifts of transport services around the world and high volume orders, the speed of delivery is up to the capacity of the courrier service.

 

Return Policy

Cancelatation of orders:

Regular orders
(products that is in stock):
Cancelations of regular orders are accepted at any time as long as they are not shipped or handed off to the transport service carrier yet.


Cancelation of Pre-orders:
The cancelation of Pre-orders are accepted at any time as long as they are not shipped or handed off to the transport service carrier.

 

Product Returns:

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase*.

 

*Reporting Product damages:

Damages to the product must be reported within 24 hours after delivery. The customer must be able to proof by sending us photo's of the damaged product.

 

*Product and or Seal damages

All of our offerings are encased in the manufacturer's seal and/or packaging. When the manufacturer's seal/packaging of the product is damaged or taken off we will not accept returns. Modifications made or attempt to modify the product in any capacity will not be accepted as returns.

 

Cost of Return-shipping:

The customer must contact us first before returning the order. When the reason of return is accepted by us we will provide return-shipping details how to ship the product(s) back to us. The customer pre-pays the return-shipping. In case of a manufacturer's error we will refund the cost of return-shipping.

 

Costs incurred caused by delays/lost/misrouting:

Poke-Trader is not responsible for any costs incurred to the customer in case of delays/lost/misrouting caused by the manufacturer, distributor, supplier or the transport carrier. However, if anything happens to the products/shipment do reach out to us anyway, we will figure something out.
